Verrin Cardiology Ltd runs the consulting rooms at 22 Devonshire Row, Marylebone, London W1G. We are the data controller for the information you give us through this website and in the practice.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email when you ask for a call back.
- The reason you gave for getting in touch and any message you wrote.
- Basic, anonymous analytics about how the site is used.
Why we collect it
To call you back, to book and run your consultation, and to keep the records the law requires a medical practice to keep. We never sell your details and we never use them for marketing without asking first.
How long we keep it
A call-back request is deleted within 90 days if you do not become a patient. Clinical records are kept for the period set by the relevant medical records guidance.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Write to rooms@verrincardiology.co.uk.
