An ECG recorded while you walk, then jog, on a treadmill that gradually gets steeper. It shows how the heart behaves under effort.
What to expect
Bring trainers and something comfortable. Around twelve minutes of walking with the consultant watching the trace, then a recovery period.

Explained immediately afterwards and written into your report.
